The picture that I chose is my cello that I play during my CCA as it is extra in the ordinary to me. To others, it might just be a cello. However for me, it is something that taught me a lot. Before coming to this cca, I did not know anything about cello. I dreaded coming as I did not really like playing it. But as time passes, with my seniors guidance, I started to like this cca. Yet, I still slacked during cca and only finally came to my senses to actually treat this seriously when my seniors said that we were actually lacking in skills. I actually agreed with them, at that point, I felt really bad.
As a result, I started practicing really hard to not disappoint them. While practicing as a whole section, we made a lot of mistakes, but we were corrected and learnt from them, ensuring not to repeat those mistakes.
Finally, after lots and lots of practices, we finally got the beat and tune right. We felt happy and relieved and that all our hard work had paid off. This is and extra in the ordinary thing to me as it made me more mature and understand my cca better additionally it would not have happen if we did not put in hard work.
