3-2-1 lesson reflection

Three tlhings I have learnt!
1. The one child policy is implemented in countries who are densely populated. And due to overpopulation, the one child policy must be implemented to control and reduce the population size back to the ideal number. One of the countries are China, as shown in the graph below, China is much more populated now compared tot he 1950s.
2. The one child policies has its very own advantages . it allows overpopulated countries to control and reduce its population by limiting the amount of children born per family to 1. This policy also allows parents to spend more attention and time on that one child . The amount of money spent on basic needs will also be decreased as the number of people per family has been decreased.

3. The one child policy also has its disadvantages, firstly, when the parents of a one child family grow old, their children might not be able to take care of them. And also, with lesser children , there will lesser teenagers, leading to lesser working adults, thus China's economic will drop drastically as the amount of working adults who can contribute to the economy of China will decrease.

Two perceptions gained

1. There are always pros and cons to every single decision we make, thus we must always make our decision wisely, and we must also always consider not only from our own perspective but others.

2. Sometimes ones decision might seem inappropriate to us, but we must learn to think in that person's point of view to understand the rationale of a decision.

One question I have

1. Are there any other policies that can help with overpopulation?
