RV 60 reflections

RV 60. The 60th year of RV is a very important year and it is celebrated with a large scale performance involving the whole school. This celebration marks our 60th anniversary and how far we have came to build RV to become how it is today, through the hard work put in by our seniors.

This was my item. The 24th festive drums. It was a really fun journey learning how to drum with all my friends. Not only does RV60 celebrate our anniversary it also brings students from different classes and CCA together to accomplish something.

However grand a performance is, there is always some issues. Be it big or small. One of the main issues with RV60 is that we have to skip lessons to rehearse for the big day. This means less time for teachers to cover the syllabus, so they have to rush. They should have more rehearsals during the school holida when we are all free.

But students still attended for RV60 without everyones help RV60 will not be a thing. Why would students attend RV 60 when they could all go home? Well we want to show our appreciation for RV. This just show that th students in RV is very proud of their school and wants to raise it to higher heights. Not all students enjoy RV60 though. Complains has been seen on RV confessions, so we can only assume majority of the student body loves RV. These people that view our schools anniversary negatively shows a lot about their personallity they do not know how to appreciate things and take everything for granted. As a student in RV I am very proud of RV being a IP school, not only do RV do well in academics, RV sports and PA has won many awards in the past years.

I AM PROUD TO BE A RVIAN and will always be.
